Refunds and cancellation.

Stop your next renewal

Use the subscription-management link in your Paddle confirmation email, or visit paddle.net and request cancellation. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent further payments. Normal cancellation leaves membership active until the paid period ends; it does not automatically refund that period.

Request a refund

Paddle sells and processes paid memberships as merchant of record. Use Paddle’s payment support and choose “Request refund”. Have your order reference and purchase email address ready, and explain the reason.

Refund eligibility follows Paddle’s Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Refunds outside mandatory rights are discretionary; this page does not create an additional universal money-back guarantee.

Withdrawal and consumer rights

Your location and circumstances determine any withdrawal period. UK, EEA and certain other consumers may have 14-day rights; Paddle’s policy also provides a new 14-day withdrawal period for UK annual subscription renewals. Any valid consent to immediate digital supply can affect withdrawal rights.

Your mandatory rights, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed services, remain protected. See Paddle’s policy for the rules in your country and how to exercise them. Starting to play does not by itself count as express consent to waive a right.

If membership doesn’t work

Email hello@playmeso.com with the account email and purchase reference so Dustlight can investigate access. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. Dustlight is operated by Conor Dalgarno, trading as Dustlight.

Approved refunds end access to the refunded membership as applicable. Your free account and existing Meso journal are separate from paid access.
